Prosecco wine
and red wine road
 

The green hills of Prosecco spread out between Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, where the homonymous DOC white wine is produced, slightly sparkling or champagne-type wine. The entire territory is protected and valued from the association Alta Marca.

The Prosecco Road
In the morning, excursion along the white wine road, Pieve di S.Pietro di Feletto, Abbazia di Follina, Mulino di Refrontolo. Lunch in restaurant with typical menù. In the afternoon continuation to Conegliano, birthplace of G.B Cima and to the Castle of Cison di Valmarino. End of the excursion in Valdobbiadone with tasting in a typical wine cellar. Return to the
departure place.

The red wine road
Meeting of the participants with the guide in the agreed place and departure to Conegliano.
Visit to the castle, the most characteristic feature of the city, encircled completely by battlemented walls. Walk in the historical centre of Conegliano, through the famous XX September street, heart of the city and meeting point of numerous citizens.
Taking a walk it will be possible to admired moreover the Fountain of Horses or Neptune, a typical feature of the city.
Transfer for the city of Oderzo. Tasting of typical products and the famous red wine in a famous wine cellar. Lunch with typical menù.

After lunch walk along the city of Oderzo, that spread out into an original fabric of the city, with roads with porches and palaces that skirt the water course, with fascinating alleys calles Contrade: Vittorio Emanuele II Square, the Dome of Saint Johan, Foscolo Palace, the Civic Museum and the Roman forum with rests of a basilica. Continuation to the evocative
Portobuffolè: Vittorio Emanuele II square, Monte di Pietà, Loggia Comunale, the Dome and Borgo dei Barcaroli. In Portobuffolè possible tasting and purchase of typical products. End of the excursion and return to the departure place.
